Filling the wedding expenditure spreadsheet blanks:

Along side each you need to note the cost, deposit required and when final payment is due. You may find you will receive a greater discount for a cash payment. It is always worth asking what discounts are on offer or what would attract a discount.

There are numerous wedding expenditure spreadsheets on the market. None are worth the paper they are written on if you are not meticulous about filling the details. You must also keep the associated paper work, receipts for deposits, quotes, contracts, etc. for future reference.

An expenditure spreadsheet is a tool by which you are able to audit yourself. That is to say, are you keeping within your agreed budget!!!
